Cancellation policy

The Roaring 20s Art Deco Mystery Mail Club

The Mail Club is a monthly subscription. Your first payment is taken when you join, and the same amount is then charged once a month until you cancel. Each payment covers one envelope.

Postage is included in the UK and the US. For everywhere else, postage is shown at checkout and charged with each monthly payment. Subscribers in the European Union may also be asked to pay import VAT and a handling fee on delivery.

How long it lasts

Your membership carries on month to month. When one series of the mystery ends, the next series follows straight on, with no need to sign up again.

Pausing

You can pause for a month or more at any time, from your account on this website. Use Pause a month on an upcoming payment to skip that month, or Pause indefinitely to stop until you choose to resume. You won't be charged, and no envelope is posted, for any month you pause.

Cancelling

You can cancel at any time, from your account on this website or from the link in any Club email. Cancel before your next payment date and you won't be charged again. Any envelope you have already paid for will still be posted to you.

If you have any trouble cancelling, email denise@denisesteele.com and we will cancel it for you.

Refunds

Because each envelope is packed and posted by hand once it has been paid for, we don't normally refund a payment once that month's envelope has been posted. If an envelope arrives damaged or doesn't arrive, email us and we will put it right.

Price changes

If the price of the Club ever changes, we will email you at least 30 days before your first payment at the new price, so you can decide whether to stay.

Gifts

Gift memberships are paid once, up front, and do not renew.

Your statutory rights

Nothing in this policy affects your rights under the consumer law of your own country, including any right to cancel within 14 days under UK or EU law.
